PT STANDARD

Standard trainers are all appropriately qualified and are ideal for members looking for one-on-one support to improve fitness, weight loss, strength and rehabilitation and more.

PT SIGNATURE

Signature trainers have significant experience and expertise in assisting members with specialised requirements, supported with additional qualifications and industry leading techniques and tips.

Next Gen Personal Training offers the flexibility of 30 and 60 minute sessions with the following options available to members:

Individual sessions

  • Great opportunity to get started and see what personal training is all about
  • Learn new techniques and general tips
  • Can be used to support an existing exercise programme 

Ten pack sessions

  • Ideal for working towards goal achievement, injury rehabilitation or ongoing motivation
  • Reverse bad habits, improve form and technique
  • Receive a tailored programme specifically designed to achieve your goals
  • Receive ongoing support and guidance or use multiple sessions each week to see faster results
