It is one of the most effective methods to achieve fat loss, improve endurance, increase sports specific explosiveness and strengthen core muscles.
What is HIIT at Next Gen?
Using our specially designed interval training zone, HIIT at Next Gen is run in small groups and will motivate you to push yourself further with multiple sessions available throughout the week.
With four different outcome related programmes available, small group training HIIT sessions are included as part of your membership.
