With over 75 classes per week our extensive range blends the best of choreographed programmes with individually designed freestyle classes to provide a balanced group exercise programme, including the following:

High Energy / Strength & Conditioning

ABS
Designed for all fitness levels, this 30-minute class works the abdominal and lower back muscles.

BARRE
Fun workout to chisel the entire body through a combination of dancing, ballet, pilates and yoga.

Les Mills BODYCOMBAT® 
Fiercely energetic programme inspired by martial arts, drawing from karate, boxing, tai chi and other disciplines.

Les Mills BODYPUMP®
Full-body training with low to medium weights and high repetitions to effectively build all muscle groups.

BOXING X-TRAIN
Training with a partner and focus mitts to develop coordination through boxing combinations and defensive moves.

COMBO
Easy to follow for all fitness levels, this class involves cardio, step, light weights and/or fit ball exercises.

Les Mills CXWORX®
Low-impact 30-minute class using resistance bands and hand weights for core conditioning and muscle toning.

SCULPT
Low impact class suitable for all levels using hand weights. Great for full body toning and shaping.

SKIP
Improves cardiovascular fitness whilst burning an impressive amount of calories with the aid of a jump rope.

STABILITY BALL
Using a stability ball to target core and large muscle groups, this class is both fun and intimate.

STEP
Fast workout with choreographed moves on and around the step to develop cardiovascular fitness and coordination.

ZUMBA®
Fun cardiovascular workout dancing to the beat of Latin music.

Cycling

CYCLE
Intense lower body workout incorporating a combination of stationary bicycle drills.

Les Mills RPM™
Incorporates great music, climbs, hill rides and sprints on a stationary bicycle.

Mind & Body

Les Mills BODYBALANCE®
Combining tai chi, pilates and yoga, this class incorporates core strength, flexibility and mind-body movement.

PILATES
Specialised mat exercises to improve core stability, abdominal and back strength, flexibility, and posture.

YOGA
Aligns the body, improves posture and develops strength using body resistance to increase flexibility.

TAI CHI
Chinese exercise system using easy flowing body movements to achieve a state of relaxation of both body and mind.

Aquatics

AQUA FIT
Cardiovascular bodyweight workout designed to train the heart, muscles and bones. Ideal for injury recovery.

AQUA XTRAIN
Combination of cardio and resistance exercises using noodles and aqua dumbbells.

AQUA STRONG
High resistance class using aqua weights and/or noodles to maximise caloric burn.
