This year we will have a series of challenges across all Clubs, the first one kicks off on Monday 21 February 2022, across all Next Gen Clubs, with a new challenge commencing every couple of months.
With multiple group training sessions each week that focus on functional H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training), plus nutrition support, we’ll help you rapidly progress in a safe and supportive environment.
And the best part is, you’ll have an expert team of Personal Trainers helping you every step of the way. They will be there to educate, inspire, motivate and hold you accountable so you can smash your goals and enjoy the journey.
Next Gen’s 6 Week Fitness Challenge is suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced athletes, as the class is structured with scalable exercises and weights so you are always training within your individual abilities.

We’ve worked hard to ensure the safety and well-being of members is prioritised at all times. Because of this, we will adhere to social distancing requirements and safety standards throughout this Fitness Challenge. There will also be sanitisation stations available for use and all Government Guidelines will be followed.
