NAIA Spa Retreat
NAIA Spa Retreat is a restorative destination within Premium, designed around water, warmth, stillness and thermal contrast. Members can move between mineral spa pools, cold plunge experiences, saunas, steam, Halotherapy and heated loungers, creating a retreat-like experience that can be gentle, invigorating or deeply restorative.

ORRA Movement Studios

Premium members also receive 10-day advance class booking access and a complimentary towel each visit.
Tennis and squash court access is optional and can be added to your membership upon application.
