ABT – Abs, Butts, Thighs
ABT is designed to strengthen the muscles of the lower part of the body: glutes, abs and thighs in addition to working on your core strength and posture. Suitable for any fitness level.
Punch and kick your way to fitness with our Les Mills BODYCOMBAT class, an empowering martial arts workout with a mix of taekwondo, kung fu and more.
Get ready to work in our Les Mills BODYPUMP class using full-body training with low to medium weights and high repetitions to effectively build all muscle groups.
Release some stress and increase your fitness with a Boxing class that combines boxing drills and combinations in a fun and safe environment. Suitable for all levels.
Our freestyle version of Zumba that incorporates full-body exercises with your favourite dance moves to get the ultimate cardio workout.

OMNI 8 Strength
30 min small circuit class ran using the Technogym OMNI 8 training rig. You can expect to rotate around the rig using Olympic rings, kinesis cable, barbell and pendulum working all planes of movement for a strength based workout.
Get ready to unleash your potential in a dynamic, interactive, and exhilarating training session. This class is a fusion of cutting-edge technology, intense workouts, and a high-energy atmosphere. From suspension training to multi-planar movement, you do not want to miss this class.
Full body interval training workout using barbells and dumbbells. Perfect for beginners to advanced. Great for strength training and fat loss.
Fast workout with choreographed moves on and around the step to develop cardiovascular fitness and coordination.
High intensity training that consists of 8 sets of 20 second intervals of fast paced exercises with a brief rest periods throughout. These workouts are designed for keeping your heart rate up and burning fat efficiently.
HIIT classes with different training protocols depending on the day. BURN is more cardio focussed, BUILD is strength focussed and BASE is mobility/recovery focussed. These classes are full body based with EMOMS, AMRAPS, Super Sets and more.
Come and join the party! Zumba is a really fun cardio workout that uses popular dance moves and catchy music to get you moving and sweating. Suitable for all levels.
Go for a spin with our Les Mills RPM class. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.
An interactive big-screen experience that allows you to race against yourself and/or other members, monitor your heart rate, perform FTP testing, complete real-world routes and train with the support and encouragement of fellow members and an enthusiastic cycling instructor.
Create your own experience through a guided ride on screen with different tracks alternating between flat roads and hill climbs to ensure you are working different zones of your heart rate. Your bike will appear on screen to show you what you need to aim for. It is 45mins of pure cycling.
Les Mills BODYBALANCE combines tai chi, pilates and yoga to incorporates core strength, flexibility and mind-body movement.
Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses. Its purpose is to activate your Kundalini energy or Shakti. This is a spiritual energy that’s said to be located at the base of your spine.
A specialised mat-class that uses your own body weight and some props to improve core stability, abdominal and back strength, flexibility, and posture.
Stretch & Stability
Invigorate and re-energise your entire body with 45 minutes of exercises designed for coordination, core strength and lengthening your muscles.
Whether you like to meditate, relax or flow our yoga classes have varying styles to cater for beginners to advanced yogis. Choose from our standard Yoga class or try Vinyasa, Flow, or one of our Relaxation classes.
A low impact but high intensity water aerobics class where no swimming skills are needed. These classes are designed to improve flexibility, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees and back.

Great Gym facilities with plenty of classes to choose from including Yoga, Pilates, stretch and stability and various others. Indoor and outdoor pools, and tennis and squash courts. Cafe is great and a spacious lounge area.
It is extremely rare to find a club that offers a gym, exercise classes, swimming pools (inside and outside) and racquet sports. The major bonus of this club is the excellent onsite crèche which has allowed me to workout, without it, this would have been impossible as I have a toddler.
One of the best gyms in Sydney. Has so many machines, spacious gym area, best staff and a great pool to use after a long gym session.
I have never been a gym person but I’m so glad I joined. On offer is weight/cardio training with a review of your program every 6 weeks with very knowledgeable trainers.
The FRIENDLIEST gym I’ve ever attended! Not only are the facilities absolutely world class, but within a week of coming here, I felt like part of the furniture. Many of the members I met have been coming here for over a decade and I can understand why. I’m going to be here for life, too.
Great place to workout, swim, have a hit of tennis or squash, eat, drink, and hold a function or event! Love this place!
