Next Gen’s exclusive Next Step Program helps you start strong with a series of complimentary sessions led by our qualified trainers. You’ll begin with personalised one-on-one support, including a PT consultation and an InBody body composition scan to help clarify your goals and create a structured plan.
You’ll then build confidence and capability through hands-on small group workshops, designed to help you navigate the club, master key movements, and train safely and effectively.
