With over 70 classes per week our extensive range provides a balanced group exercise program which includes the following:

High Energy

HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training for well-conditioned individuals.

IMPACT
A boxing, kickboxing cardio class using free standing bags, pad work and circuit training suitable for all fitness levels.

ZUMBA®
Fun cardiovascular workout dancing to the beat of Latin music.

BURN HIIT CLASS
Burn calories, have fun, improve strength and overall functional fitness

VO2 MAX
Cardio based HIIT class incorporating body weight movements and the sport performance area. 

Strength & Conditioning

ABS & CORE
Designed for all fitness levels, this class works the abdominal and lower back muscles.

BARRE
Fun workout to chisel the entire body through a combination of dancing, ballet, pilates and yoga.

BARRE BALLET
This is a ballet-inspired version of the above, using classical music and classic dance moves.

CIRCUIT
Featuring functional, strength and high intensity training, this high energy class is for those who want to train hard.

POWER
The ULTIMATE barbell program with the name that says it all - POWER. A real weights workout suitable for members 16 and over.

Mind & Body

YOGA
Aligns the body, improves posture and develops strength using body resistance to increase flexibility.

PILATES
Specialised mat exercises to improve core stability, abdominal and back strength, flexibility, and posture.

Cycling

STAGES CYCLING
An interactive big-screen experience that allows you to race against yourself and/or other members, monitor your heart rate, perform FTP testing, complete real-world routes and train with the support and encouragement of fellow members and an enthusiastic cycling instructor. Aqua

AQUA ZUMBA® 
Known as the Zumba "pool party". Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that`s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.

Kids

JUNIOR'S GYM CLASS
This fun, interactive, class will have your kids feeling great! Watch your kids build confidence, coordination, creativity, teamwork, and a healthy lifestyle. Ages 5 – 10
