Take The Next Step

We have designed The Next Step to give new and existing members more insight into the many varied facilities and services available as part of your membership.  With seven different sessions available, you're invited to try as many as you like, so take The Next Step today and get the most out of your Next Gen membership.  

Personalised Program (55mins)

A one-on-one with a qualified member of our friendly gym staff. In this session, you will have the opportunity to get an InBody scan to gauge your body composition, discuss your fitness goals and plan a training program tailored to your needs and abilities. Activewear is required for this session.

Personal Training Taster (30mins)

Experience what it is like to work one-on-one with a professional Personal Trainer to help you achieve maximum fitness results in the minimum time. Activewear is required for this session.

HIIT Fundamentals (55mins)

High intensity interval training (HIIT) has been scientifically proven to be the most effective training style for fat loss. This small group session will take you through the fundamentals of HIIT and how to properly use the more advanced equipment in the gym to maximise your results. Activewear is required for this session.

Nutrition Fundamentals (30mins)

Join our Health & Fitness Manager in this informative talk covering the basics of the Next Gen nutrition philosophy. With scientific advice, you will learn how to balance your macronutrients and make optimal food choices for a healthy lifestyle.

Class Intro (30mins)

Learn about our group exercise offerings and booking procedures in a relaxed and informal setting. Discover the wide variety of classes available, including mind & body, cycle, cardio, strength, dance and aqua.

Racquets Intro (55mins)

Suitable for beginners and veterans alike, this session will give you the ins and outs of how to book courts for personal use and how to become active in Next Gen’s social and competitive leagues. Bring a racquet for a fun game with your fellow members at the end of the session. 

Next Gen Kids Intro (55mins)

An opportunity for parents to learn about the many activities and programs designed for our youngest members. Meet the Next Gen Kids coordinator as well as the Learn to Swim and tennis instructors while the little ones enjoy a fitness class, swim or tennis assessment.
