Small group high intensity interval training (HIIT) is a great way to take your training to the next level. Our HIIT sessions are all included as part of your membership with multiple sessions throughout the week to motivate you to push your training further.
As a new member, The Next Step helps you get your membership off to a great start with a series of FREE introductory welcome sessions across a range of club facilities and services. Available to all members, attend as many as you wish to fully experience what a Next Gen membership has to offer.
Next Gen's Trim & Transform is an 8-week program designed for those looking to lean down, shape up and learn about nutrition.
