The Next Gen Doncaster timetable is packed with over 100 group classes each week, that are designed to keep you moving and motivated. Take one of the many fun fitness classes available, from boxing, mind-body, dance, strength and conditioning, to high energy HIIT classes, yoga, Reformer Pilates, and cycling.

Our Classes

Latin Fit

Bring energy, movement and fun into your workout with this uplifting Latin-inspired dance fitness class. Designed for all fitness levels, Latin Fit combines easy-to-follow choreography with motivating music to improve fitness, coordination and confidence in a supportive and high-energy environment.

Strong Nation

Think Zumba, but more intense. This is a stength-based workout to the beat of the music. So if you love Zumba and love moving to the beat then this workout is for you.

Zumba®

Come and join the party! Zumba is a really fun cardio workout that uses popular dance moves and catchy music to get you moving and sweating. Suitable for all levels.

Barre

Feel the burn with our Barre classes combining elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates, to challenge your core and reshape your legs. It is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular benefit.

BODYPUMP®

Get ready to work in our Les Mills BODYPUMP class using full-body training with low to medium weights and high repetitions to effectively build all muscle groups.

Boxing Fit

This class is designed to provide a dynamic and empowering fitness experience that combines the art of boxing with cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and agility exercises. Suitable for all fitness levels, whether you’re a seasoned boxer or a newcomer to the sport.

Build & Burn

Build strength, improve fitness and increase lean muscle with this powerful combination of resistance training, core work and athletic-style cardio. Using weights, bands, and functional movements, Build & Burn is designed to challenge the body, elevate heart rate, and leave participants feeling stronger and energised.

Glutes & Core

Build strength, stability and confidence with this targeted lower body and abdominal workout designed to strengthen the glutes and core muscles. Suitable for all levels.

Hybrid HIIT Cycle & Core

An intense workout combining cycling plus core work on the floor, to awesome beats that will have you coming back for more each week!

Lean & Tone

Lean & Tone is a full-body strength and conditioning class that combines barbells, plates, weights, and moderate cardio to build real functional strength. Every session is designed to sculpt lean muscle, boost metabolism and improve the way the body moves while helping participants feel stronger and more confident.

Outrace

Get ready to unleash your potential in a dynamic, interactive, and exhilarating training session. This class is a fusion of cutting-edge technology, intense workouts, and a high-energy atmosphere. From suspension training to multi-planar movement, you do not want to miss this class.

SHAPES®

Les Mills SHAPES is a unique blend of Pilates, sculpt, and power yoga, designed to be a low-impact yet high-intensity workout. It focuses on small, controlled movements that sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, and improve alignment.

Strength Development®

Les Mills Strength Development is a progressive strength-training class.  Strength Development focuses on lifting heavier weights for slower tempos, with gradually increasing intensity from workout to workout.

Group Cycle

A freestyle cycle class where the instructor will guide you through the workout and what zones you should be in along the way.

Hybrid HIIT Cycle & Core

An intense workout combining cycling plus core work on the floor, to awesome beats that will have you coming back for more each week!

RPM™

Go for a spin with our Les Mills RPM class. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.

Barre

Mat Pilates

A specialised mat-class that uses your own body weight and some props to improve core stability, abdominal and back strength, flexibility, and posture.

Reformer Pilates

Build a strong foundation that can be used for all forms of fitness using Reformer Pilates. Using Focusing on your core muscles while challenging your balance, strength and fitness.

Sculpt

Sculpt combines mat Pilates-inspired movement with strength training to create a low-impact yet effective full-body workout. Using bands, weights and controlled movement patterns, this class improves posture, flexibility, core strength and muscle tone while helping participants feel strong, balanced and energised.

Sound Bath, Breathwork & Meditation

A powerful blend of guided breathwork, meditation and immersive sound bath designed to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system and create deep relaxation. Breathwork helps reduce stress and improve focus, meditation encourages presence and clarity, and the sound bath uses soothing frequencies to help the body fully unwind and recharge.

Yoga

Whether you like to meditate, relax or flow our yoga classes have varying styles to cater for beginners to advanced yogis. Choose from our Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga for a strong flow or go slow and relax with our Yin Yoga designed to release all those tight muscles.

Aqua

A low impact but high intensity water aerobics class where no swimming skills are needed. These classes are designed to improve flexibility, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees and back.
