The Next Gen Doncaster timetable is packed with over 100 group classes each week, that are designed to keep you moving and motivated. Latin Fit
Strong Nation
Think Zumba, but more intense. This is a stength-based workout to the beat of the music. So if you love Zumba and love moving to the beat then this workout is for you.
Zumba®
Come and join the party! Zumba is a really fun cardio workout that uses popular dance moves and catchy music to get you moving and sweating. Suitable for all levels.
Barre
Feel the burn with our Barre classes combining elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates, to challenge your core and reshape your legs. It is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular benefit.
BODYPUMP®
Get ready to work in our Les Mills BODYPUMP class using full-body training with low to medium weights and high repetitions to effectively build all muscle groups.
Boxing Fit
This class is designed to provide a dynamic and empowering fitness experience that combines the art of boxing with cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and agility exercises. Suitable for all fitness levels, whether you’re a seasoned boxer or a newcomer to the sport.

Group Cycle
A freestyle cycle class where the instructor will guide you through the workout and what zones you should be in along the way.

RPM™
Go for a spin with our Les Mills RPM class. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.
Barre

Mat Pilates
A specialised mat-class that uses your own body weight and some props to improve core stability, abdominal and back strength, flexibility, and posture.

Build a strong foundation that can be used for all forms of fitness using Reformer Pilates. Using Focusing on your core muscles while challenging your balance, strength and fitness.
Sculpt
Sound Bath, Breathwork & Meditation
Yoga
Whether you like to meditate, relax or flow our yoga classes have varying styles to cater for beginners to advanced yogis. Choose from our Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga for a strong flow or go slow and relax with our Yin Yoga designed to release all those tight muscles.
Aqua
A low impact but high intensity water aerobics class where no swimming skills are needed. These classes are designed to improve flexibility, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees and back.

This is such a nice gym! Top quality equipment and brand new, knowledgeable and helpful staff and clean amenities. I had lunch at the cafe too and it was healthy and delicious. The classes are great too and they have also an app that can track results. I love this place!
