Access your profile: Tap your profile picture in the top right corner
Go to “Data and Connections”: Within your profile settings, select this option
Choose devices to sync: Select the devices you want to connect from the list
Enable Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is turned on
Already Have The App? Update Now
If you have automatic updates switched on, your Next Gen Life App should have been updated automatically. If you need to manually update the Next Gen Life App, the process is simple. All you need to do is follow these steps.
1. Open The App Store or Google Play
2. Type ‘Next Gen Life’ in the search bar
3. Click ‘Update’

To login to our app the first thing you need to do is check your email. You should have received an email from us on the day that you joined Next Gen. This email contains a unique link to guide you though the “mywellness” account set up process. This is important as it’s how you nominate your special app password.
No email? If your email address is missing, out of date, or if multiple members linked to your membership have your email address listed in their Next Gen member details, there may have been a conflict that prevented your invitation. If you didn’t get one, please email app_support@nextgenclubs.com.au for assistance.
Once you have a unique email address registered with us you should automatically receive the invitation email containing the link to setup your personal account and download the app. Click here to open the step-by-step guide.
The Next Gen Life Mobile App is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Search “Next Gen Life” to find it.
Troubleshooting Common App Problems
I need to reset my Password
1. Open Next Gen Life via the MyWellness Platform – https://mywellness.com
2. Click Forgot Password and check your email to reset your password
I have not logged into the Next Gen Life App before:
1. Open Next Gen Life via the MyWellness Platform – https://mywellness.com
2. Enter the email address that you have registered with us in the email section. You will then be prompted to set up a password
3. If your email address has already been registered with us before, click Forgot Password and reset your password.
