I’m a Personal Trainer who fell in love with training over five years ago after experiencing firsthand how it improved my health, energy, happiness, and productivity. That transformation inspired me to become qualified and pursue a career helping others through fitness. My training style focuses on strength training, muscle development, correct technique, and quality movement, with an emphasis on building a strong foundation. I’m a University of Canberra graduate and qualified nutritionist, allowing me to integrate nutrition education and promote the idea that food is fuel and support, not something to fear.
