I have been a gym enthusiast for as long as I can remember. Growing up and studying in the sports and fitness industry, the gym environment has always been my comfort zone. My expertise lies in personal Training, swimming, nutrition, and diet planning, which I have been involved in for many years. However, I wanted to expand my skills and add more variety to my work hours. As a personal trainer, I have travelled to different countries to further my knowledge and expertise.
