Since high school, I have developed a strong interest in fitness and have maintained a consistent exercise routine.  In recent years, especially during the period before and after the Covid-19 pandemic, we realise that the importance of having a healthy and strong body.  I always takes pride and joy in helping others achieve a sense of health and strength.
