I have volunteered to PT in a number of challenging events like Tough Mudder and Spartan Race, Kiddy-Hawk and Obstacle Hell, helping all sorts of people, kids and people with injuries to overcome their own obstacles. Having been through my own fitness and weight loss journey too, I know what it is like to start from the very beginning, achieve great things and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
