EMMA
Born and raised with the fighting spirit of Ireland, my life has always been fuelled by two profound passions: education and athletic excellence. I swapped the classroom for the gym, combining my Bachelor of Education with a Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics and Cert III/IV in Fitness to become a coach who doesn’t just train your body, but educates and empowers your entire approach to health.
As a mum to a 6-month-old, I have a deep, personal understanding of the pre and post-natal journey. I provide safe, effective, and empowering training for mothers looking to reclaim their strength and feel incredible in their bodies. This isn’t about “bouncing back”; it’s about building forward.
You’re not just another client. I thrive on building a genuine rapport and being an active part of the Ryde community. You’ll get more than a workout plan; you’ll get a coach, a motivator, and a strategist who is 100% invested in your success.
