My goal with any client is to help them establish a healthy relationship with both exercise and nutrition; one that is both sustainable and enjoyable. Progress, then, is a by-product of a lifestyle that is naturally incorporated and can be adhered to in the long term.

Career Highlight

I began working in the industry four years ago after deferring my university degree in Biomedical Engineering and Medical Science and wanting to find a job that I was passionate about. I have since recommenced my studies, but cannot fathom any other job I would want to continue with during my education. I have the opportunity to help people better themselves and feel more confident with who they are and the way they look – one that I am very grateful for.
