Why am I a personal coach? I am good at telling people what to do and yelling at them… Just kidding!

What is my story? My life has revolved around fitness since I was 6 years old with Karate, football, kickboxing, Aikido, and later Muay Thai where I even pursued serious training in Thailand. Fun fact, I have trained in many gyms around the world in 14 different countries!

Why should you hire me? I pour my heart and soul into what I do, and I take it very seriously. Where there is a will there is a way, I will be your WAY. Whatever your goal is, what you are hoping to achieve, what you are struggling with mentally or physically, I will help you if you are ready to put in the work. It takes two to Tango! When I am 70 years old, I want to wake up in the morning with a healthy spine, strong mobile joints and lean muscle. Longevity is priority in my training for myself and my clients.

My mission in life is to help and change people’s lives mentally and physically through fitness. That’s what I believe I am on Earth for. Over 20 years I have been exposed to different styles of training – from building muscle, HIIT and circuit functional training, to powerlifting and strength & conditioning. This allows me to create customised plans that cater to diverse needs and preferences.
