I worked with a middle-aged woman who had a goal of improving her 10km running time after years of no improvement. I designed a program to improve her running style and technique. After training with her for 2 months she improved her time by 2 minutes and is motivated to continue to improve. She was happy to find that she also lost weight and increased her core strength and balance.
I have also worked with a young boy with global development delays. Over the time I spent with him, he made great improvements in his coordination, strength, and gross motor control. He also started to participate in organised sport which was a massive achievement for him.
