May started her career in fitness as a group exercise instructor. She specializes in Reformer, Pilates, and Yoga. With over 5 years in the fitness industry, she has gained the knowledge, skills, and experience to assist clients to achieve their fitness goals. Her passion for coaching and teaching lies in empowering and educating her clients/students to integrate health and fitness into their lifestyle. Recently, May became a Personal Trainer because she wanted to use her knowledge and skills into creating individual, personalised fitness and well-being programs for her clients.
