Personal Trainer

I’m a performance-based trainer focused on coaching clients to build and maintain a strong, aesthetic physique. My coaching combines hard, intelligent lifting to build muscle, targeted rehabilitation work to keep the body healthy, and sport-specific training to improve performance. I place a strong emphasis on creating a positive, welcoming environment where everyone feels accepted, supported, and confident. Every client receives my full attention, with training tailored to their goals, ability, and long-term progress.

  • Certificate III and IV in Fitness
