Guiding teenagers in their first gym experience to exercise safely with the correct technique to reduce injury and increase confidence to enter a gym. Another experience I thoroughly enjoyed was a time I assisted a lady loose over 35kgs over a period of several months, to fit into her desired wedding dress and feel beautiful.
