I didn’t grow up fit or confident. Like so many women, I struggled with hormonal issues, weight gain, emotional ups and downs, and feeling like I had to fix myself to feel worthy. Eventually, I knew that something had to change. I stopped punishing my body and started understanding it through movement, nutrition, and self-respect. Now, I’m here to help others do the same.

Studying Exercise Science and Nutrition and working at Next Gen has helped me understand:

  • Strength is so much more than a look.
  • It’s about healing, showing up, and learning what your body needs.
  • Everyone’s body, hormones, lifestyle, abilities, and starting points are different.
  • The best results come from consistency, not over exerting yourself.

My approach to personal training involves a combination of evidence-based training, nutrition education, and lifestyle awareness to support both physical and mental wellbeing. I specialise in creating a calm, supportive environment – particularly for members who may feel overwhelmed and are unsure where to start. I myself have lost 20kgs through nutrition and training, and have helped others do the same.
