My passion is guiding clients through their wellness journey with tailored sessions that prioritise proper technique and safety while keeping workouts dynamic and motivating. Each program is personalised to align with your goals, whether it’s building strength, improving mobility, or boosting overall wellbeing. My current interest is women’s health, including menopause and exercises for osteoporosis prevention, helping women stay strong, confident, and active at any stage of life.
