31-Mat Infrared Studio
A warm, restorative studio for yoga, mat Pilates, meditation, breathwork and sound bath experiences.

Advanced Recovery Lounge
A dedicated space where members can slow down, recharge and use premium recovery equipment between training sessions.
Designed to support recovery, reduce feelings of fatigue and help you feel ready for your next session.
Summit
Altitude Training Studio
A dedicated studio using simulated altitude technology to create a challenging and energising training environment.
Ideal for members looking to build stamina, improve conditioning and experience something different from the traditional gym floor.
Recovery Technology
Hyperice Advanced Recovery Tools
Access advanced recovery tools including Normatec compression boots, Hypervolt massage guns, Hypersphere massage balls and Vyper vibrating rollers.
Use them for self-guided recovery, mobility work, warm-up, cool-down and targeted muscle release.
